Friends of the Exposition Organ is a grassroots group of citizens who are determined not to let the Exposition Organ be destroyed, forgotten or linger in dark silence. As stewards of a rare musical treasure, it is our hope that the wishes of the patrons who donated this exceptional instrument are kept alive.
We would be happy to answer your questions and comments or receive feedback.
Vic Ferrer
Vic is a media producer who has merged his passions for historic pipe organs and film to create several documentaries on the subject of preserving America’s historic pipe organs. Vic has been researching the Exposition Organ since 1997 for a documentary film, and as a result is the de facto historian for this project.
Other documentaries include a full-length piece entitled The Senator’s Masterpiece. It is a detailed history of the Atlantic City Convention Hall Organ; the largest pipe organ in the world. Vic’s video short, Enduring For A Reason, sheds light as to why historic pipe organs should be considered works-of-art worthy of preservation.
